ANE helps you train neural networks by accessing the Apple Neural Engine. While this hardware typically sits inside Apple devices, this software provides a way to interface with those private tools. You can use this to speed up machine learning tasks that usually require heavy processing power.
Before you run this software, ensure your computer meets these standards:
Follow these steps to get the software running on your machine:
Once you open the software, you will see a command console. This interface handles your training requests. You can load your dataset using the file menu. Select your model type, choose your output destination, and click Start Training. The software will display progress logs in the center window. If you see an error, check that your hardware drivers are up to date.
If the program does not open, check your security settings. Sometimes Windows marks new software as a risk. Right-click the icon and choose Run as Administrator. Ensure no other heavy programs run at the same time to prevent memory conflicts. If the program crashes, look at the log file located in your Documents folder under ANE/logs.
